To be an authorized affiliate of Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com as an affiliate. By signing up for the Puppypaws.Com affiliate program, you
indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
By submitting the following registration form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and entering into a legal agreement with Puppy Paws Inc®, which contains all of the terms and conditions below and governs your participation in the Affiliate Program.
All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Puppy Paws® Inc. and Puppypaws.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at their sole discretion for any breach of said agreement.
1. All visitors you send to our programs must come from a webpage. We do not allow newsgroup postings with links to us. Nor do we allow email links/ spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also will result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
2. When our link is clicked on it there may be no other browser windows in front of our page.
3. Only one account is needed per company, individual or organization. You may use one account for as many domains and/or websites as you wish.
4. Our pay periods are based on a calendar month. Checks are mailed within 45 days of the end of the pay period. Minimum earnings to receive a check is $50.00. Lower amounts will be carried forward until the $50 dollar minimum has been reached, then a check for your accumulated earnings will be sent on the following payout date.
5. It is against the rules to artificially generate hits in any way. All hits must be the product of a surfer clicking on your affiliate linking code.
6. It is against our rules to open exit consoles when someone clicks on one of the Affiliate Program banners and/or text links.
7. You must not in any way beg, or require the surfer to click on a link or purchase our products.
8. The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: adult content or any type of pornography, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, racism, promotion of hatred, violence or any other site which contains content or promotes activities which are illegal in the United States, Canada or the Global community at-large without the prior written consent of Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
9. Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. We will notify you and give you an additional 7 days to become active before deleting the account.
10. Webmaster affiliate payments are made by check or via Paypal in U.S. dollars only on a net 45 basis.
11. Affiliates are not allowed to purchase products from Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com and receive a commission. You are allowed to purchase products from Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com, however, no commission shall be paid on said purchase. Our system automatically detects and flags same and similar mailing addresses for this purpose.
12. You must have all referring web pages written in English, and the majority of traffic sent to the Affiliate Program must be English speaking. Failure to comply with this condition will result in account termination,
13. Each page that contains an affiliate link must be part of a webpage that is regularly accessed by a surfer during that surfer's visit to your website(s). If this situation is not found, your account will be terminated and all monies owed will be forfeited.
14. Under no circumstances shall we (Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com) be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
15. Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com reserves the right to modify this agreement, and/or modify payout rates, upon 3 days notice from Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com to its affiliates.
16. If Puppy Paws Inc®/Puppypaws.com determines your account has suspicious activity, which resembles that of someone attempting to defraud us, we reserve the right to terminate your account, and you will forfeit any funds due. You agree that we are the sole decision maker as to whether your click activity is suspicious.
17. Non compliance with these terms and conditions can result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of all monies owed, and possible prosecution according to United States law.
